Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Opening Video
Please record a package opening video, to make your return smother. 

Valid return reason
Receiving different or defective products are easy returnable.  We’ll arrange pickup and exchange it with same pice of item. 

Exchanges
Easy exchange on different, defective product received, different colour valiant received or size issue. Replacement is only applicable with same product’s same colour variant. In case if we don’t a the product available, we may issue a store credit for your future purchase. 

Refunds
Refund is only subject to product not available, sold out, customer never received delivery & pin code not serviceable. If customer faced any issue after receiving the products, Store credit or exchange will be issue.

If refund approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
